NEED / PROBLEM
The CareerCrafts project aims to help young people plan their careers, develop their digital skills and become more competitive in the labour market. Through innovative educational tools, gamified learning methods and intercultural cooperation. Furthermore, career guidance will be provided through digital tools, helping young people to adapt to the world of work
ObjetivE
1) To enable young people to draw their own career road maps; enable young people to analyse their strengths and weaknesses through exploration of their individual career paths through gamified tests and interactive modules.
2) To increase the digital literacy of young people through Escape Room-based learning modules; To better prepare young people for the needs of the business world through digital skills development workshops.
3) Ιmproving Intercultural Communication and Cooperation Skills: Enabling young people to interact effectively with peers and mentors from different cultural backgrounds. Creating structured learning experiences to develop cultural sensitivity and communication skills.
RESULT / IMPACT
The project will produce innovative outputs such as:
1) Career Compass (digital career guidance tool) A personalised career planning tool to help young people define their goals and explore job opportunities.
2) SkillHub (digital skills development platform) A gamified learning platform designed to develop digital competencies and prepare young people for the digital workforce.
3) Global Pathways (international career guidance programme)- Intercultural Career Network: A mentoring and networking platform to widen young people's access to international career opportunities.
4) Impact Hub (platform for dissemination of project results).
